Plan and map your jog

How to map my run?

1. Set Your Starting Point

How do I set my starting point? You can search for a specific address, a city, a point of interest, your current location, or simply zoom in on the map to the place where you’ll be jogging.

2. Time or Distance Limit?

Only have 30 minutes to run or want to stay within 10 km? Just enter the maximum time or distance for your run. The green zone around the starting point will show how far you can get on foot.

3. Draw Your Jogging Route

I have my starting point, how do I draw my jogging route on the map? Click or tap once to set your start point, then add waypoints. The route will follow paths suitable for running. You can undo your last point or return to the start via the shortest path. Prefer miles instead of kilometers? Just change the unit in the header and everything will update instantly.

4. Estimate Time

Want to know how long it’ll take to run this route? The time will be estimated based on an average jogging speed, and if you’re logged in, your own average speed will be used.
