- Meeting point for everyone at Bouquet Jalu, 22270 DOLO head toward the Dolo pond (1 lap) - head toward the Jugon pond until the aid station (end of the Nicook circuit - 5 km) - Head toward Rue de la Petite Chaussée (fire station), then continue to Crédit Agricole, heading toward EPHAD (Résidence Prieuré), return to the center of Jugon, then head toward the D792 and follow the D52, passing by the Maison de la Pêche—to the soccer field (1 lap), then head back down along the lake—go around the lake via the footbridge to the aid station (end of the Nicobricolo loop—10 km) - Head toward Place du Jugon and the church—head toward the tennis hall—pass through Le Perray to rejoin the D792—head toward Lescouëst-Jugon, then return to the lake via the Boutard housing development and along the campground—return via the footbridge to the aid station (end of the Nicodisco loop—20 km) - Head toward the Roman Fountain—La Ville Mouée - La Hourmanière—join the D16 toward La Touche-es-Gautiers—join the D60 toward the cemetery—head back up toward the community hall—head toward Bouquet-Jalu (end of the Nicoach circuit—30 km)
